Cooperative Oleum Hispana

A small project really big

The community of olive groves have already gathered in the early 60s for harvest. In 2011, an employee of the local oil mill built his own modern production line and started selling olive oil directly. He focused on organic farming and processing, and thanks to his consistently positive experience in increasing the quality and bundling of marketing, more and more members were convinced by this collaboration to work together to follow this path. Today 60% of the entire production is certified organic. In our own laboratories, the fruits and oils are checked daily before bottling. All olive oils are characterized in this line by an outstanding quality. With the sale of the oils we support the preservation of the very old olive groves and the farmers of the cooperative. Participation in numerous Spanish and worldwide competitions shows how successful such a small project can work.
